When you join Face the world, you join a partner network of ethical professionals dedicated to promoting cultural sensitivity and understanding while maintaining high program standards.

Basic Requirements

Student Screening and Orientation
Face the World partner needs to be able to support and guide students during the screening and selection processmaking, only the most qualified students apply and succeed. It also means being there to support the student throughout the program year, making sure they are completely satisfied with the program once accepted. This begins with being able to honestly evaluate a student’s ability to adapt thrive in the program. Partners are required to provide complete pre departure orientations to prepare participants with the tools they will need to succeed.

Training
Making sure your staff is well trained is essential to a successful partnership. Our cultural exchange organisation offer a variety of programs and each has specific requirements that require detailed applications and screening. Our staff is happy to help you with the initial training period.
